I just tried my hand at some meat loaf and it turned out to be pretty good so I'll leave somewhat of a recipe here.
I started off with about a pound of ground turkey, a pound of ground beef, 6 to 8 ounces of bacon, half a white onion, a couple eggs, various seasonings, and some seasoned bread crumbs.
First off I chopped up the onion then set it in a bowl. Next I chopped up the bacon and fried it so I could drain some of the grease out of it. When the bacon was half cooked I drained it and threw it in a mixing bowl I poured about a cup or two of the bread crumbs on top of that. I added the turkey, beef and onion on top of it. I tried using the dough hook to mix it but it didn't work too well so I switched it out for the flat beater which did a much better job. After mixing it for a few minutes the cold meat cooled off the bacon and then I added the eggs. I didn't want to risk the bacon partially cooking the eggs. I let the meat mix for a few more minutes until it had the consistency of tuna sandwich filling.
While everything was mixing I oiled up the bread pan I would bake the food in. Once it was done mixing I scooped the meat into the pan and packed it down as best I could. After that I put it in the oven at 300 for about 45 minutes.
