Sonic Riders (a story and game) Part 16 The Winners
Tails: Okay,the racers will race here to Capital City and back. We have Shadow with Darkness (his shoes) , Jet with Type-J (his board) , and Sonic with Blue Star (his board). The first to cross Knuckles is the winner!
*The racers nod their head*
Cream: On your mark.....Get set.....Go!!!!!!
*Cream puts down the flag*
*The racers take off*
Knuckles: Sonic better not lose.
Amy: Go Sonic!!!!!!!
*Cheese makes some sounds*
The racers......
Jet: You guys don't have the talent to beat me. Get out of my way!
Sonic (speeding up) : Oh yeah?
Shadow (speeding up,too) : No way you're going to beat me!
*They almost reach Capital City when Jet falls off his board*
Sonic: See ya!
Shadow: Catch ya later,fishy!
Jet (getting back in the race) : Oh no,you don't!
*Sonic and Shadow head back to the others*
*Jet uses his "wings" to boost up*
Jet: I'm right behind you!
Sonic: No way!
Shadow (thinking) : I gotta hurry! But I can't go any faster than this!
*Then,Shadow falls down because he ran out of air*
Shadow: Dang it! I lost!
Tails: I see Sonic! Knuckles,get ready to see who the winner will be!
Knuckles (holding out Amy's camera) : Okay!
Amy: Go Sonic! Go,go,GO!!!!!
Sonic: Looks like we'll see who wins.
Jet: You bet! And it's going to be me!
Sonic: Oh no,it isn't!
*They go across Knuckles,and Knuckles took the picture*
Knuckles: The winner is.......Sonic!
Cream,Amy,and Tails: Hooray!
Sonic: Looks like I win. Hand over that Emerald.
Jet: Hmph. Here.
*Jet tosses his Emerald to Sonic*
Sonic: Now for Shadow's Emerald.
*Sonic looks and sees Shadow disappeared with the Emerald*
Sonic: Man!
Knuckles: At least,you got one Emerald.
Storm: Come on,Knuckles. You chicken to fight me?
Knuckles: What?! I'm never chicken to fight somebody!
Tails: We better stay back. His temper is most of his strength.
Amy (holding tightly on Sonic's hand) : Yeah.
*Knuckles beats up Storm*
Wave: Storm!
Knuckles: That's what you get for challenging me.
Jet: Wave! Hurry up and get Storm! We got enough losses for one day!
*Wave nods and puts Storm on her board*
Jet: Sonic,you maybe the fastest.......for now. But I'll be back!
*Jet and his crew take off*
Sonic: Well,shall we continue to Peaceful Village?
*Everyone nods yes*
*And they set off to the village*
Meanwhile........
Eggman: Aha! I'll command a race with Sonic! And I'll use my trusty motorcycle to help me! Muhahaha!
Shadow: I'm here,doctor.
Eggman: Perfect! Now,I have something for you to do. Keep this a secret.
*Eggman whispers in Shadow's ear*
Shadow: Okay,doctor. Whatever you say.
*Shadow goes out of the room*
Eggman (thinking) : I'm such a genius!
