• I came inside the living room and found my parents sit down on the sofa, looking worried.

" Derrick!" my mother cried out, standing up and walking to me. " Where were you?!"

My father standed up too, just looking at us.

" I was at Dimitri's home, just near here." I answered.

" And you slept there?!" my father asked.

I looked at him, cofusing. What would he say if he knew we've slept together? My mother could be calm and careful, but everything's different when we talk about men.

" Yeah, I slept there." I answered, trying to cover my nervousness. " I forgot to call you?"

" Sure, Derrick." my father came closer, looking furious. He was like a clock bomb, ready to explode at anytime. " Why have you slpet there?"

What would I say? Maybe the truth, or half. Yeah, the full truth would make him die of displeasure. I measured my words and got ready to answer:

" We drank a bit of whine, laughed a lot and I didn't saw the time running. So we slept."

He was distrustful, looking at me as I was some kinda terrible thief or assassin. I tried to keep nice under his sight, but that was simply impossible.

" I'm still tired." I said. " I think I'll take a shower and sleep one more time."

I turned and got ready to climb up the stairs. But he stopped me again.

    " Where were Dimitri's parents?"

Damn, that was the ******** quest.

" They're not here." I replied, turnning to him. " You should know that, as a long date friend, wouldn't?"

And before he talk again, I run stairs up.
