Some say I'm as free as a bird but i know for a fact
that im just a little jail bird who's never given a break
I live through the pain day by day but it never gets better
it rains forever with in this prison I call life because no one
knows I'm here....those people out there free in the world they don't feel
this pain, they don't know how it hurts but one day I know
I'll be free to fly with them out there....I know I'll be a free bird
