Cancer Star
A friend of mine once told me,
If you travel far,
Everyone would find,
their very own special star,
but he was lying,
Every star is tinted gold,
wonderful site to behold,
til you examine it closely,
misjudged it grossly,
A frail disguise,
Tricked into believing,
they've found their answer,
every day deceiving,
our imitable cancer,
the body dies...

- Hey. Sorry it's been forever. ^_^;;; Nice. You're still honest to your dark self. It's a perfect length and gets the point across well with each paragraph standing very well as an independent thought. The ... at the end make me think there should be something more when a period would have been more deliberate I think. Death is an end so having it end bluntly I think would do it some good.
