- Description: This is actually the first published, as well as written poem that I ever created. I wrote it on a rock one year while camping by a creek. The eddying waters and whispering trees inspired me. I doubt it's still on that rock, as it was sunbleached and water-worn, and it was only written in permanent marker, but I still have the picture of it. I got it published nearly 3 years ago, and still remember it word-for-word. Oh how I miss the simple days.
