• The only thing that separated us was the thick one-way glass. She sat there in the middle of the brightly lit white room on a wooden chair, hunched over. She made the simple, innocent wooden chair look so menacing. Her black hair hung over most of her face as she look at the glass. Even though I knew there was no way she could see me, it felt like she was staring straight at me, with such hate in her eyes, it burned me to see my own sister look at me that way.
The people who filled the rest of the room talk in hushed, quick, whispers. I knew they whispered because they where talking about her and they knew that i would not hesitate to kill any of them. I ignored them, even though I could hear ever word of their hateful chatter, they talked about how crazy and deranged she was, they were all lies. She had been hurt and all the pain that had been filled in her over flowed, she didn't mean to kill those people. Or at least i hoped so.
I ran my long, bloodstained hands down the glass, as if i was trying to comfort her. As I removed my hand I heard a deep, husky, emotionless voice.
"Ms. Delour, would you like to go in?"
I turned around and looked up to see the main doctor of the hospital, Dr. Breet.
"Yes and do not address me by my last name, its like calling you by your first name in a hospital, James." I said his name Matter-of-factly.
"Um, yes, im sorry, Ms. De--I mean Anna Lucia."
"Please call me Anna." I smiled a cold, emotionless smile.
"Come this way." He motioned toward the door to his left.
    "Thank you."
We walked through the door into the hall of all the cells like my sisters. Outside were three very armed solders. I glared at them and they flinched. I smiled silently, happy that I had that power over people. Dr. Breet nodded at them to move out from in front of the door. They nodded back and shifted off to the side. I crossed my arms over my chest and tapped my foot impatiently as the Dr. punched in a code for the door to open. A large click sound signaled that the heavy metal door was open. Dr. Breet pulled the latch and the metal door swung open. We walked in the bright room, the lights hurt my eyes, i rubbed them, hopfully making the pain go away. Finally my eyes adjusted and i got to stare at her.
Her hands were locked together with a pair of large cuffs. Her hair was matted and dirty. Her white t-shirt was blood stained, along with her face. She stared at the tile floor not paying attention to us. A pink tear fell from her face onto the floor, leaving a tiny pink puddle.
"Lyadine!" I yelled her name and ran to her. I wrapped my arms around her, tears over flowing my eyes. She winced as I touched her back. I could see long whip lash scars on her back. I let go and tilted up her chin up with one finger and looked in her eyes.
"What did they do to you?"
I could see her hate filled eyes soften and fill with tears.
"Anna!!" She cried with such pain in her voice, it killed me.
"Take the cuffs off her!!" I yelled at the solders.
"But my lady--" One started to speak.
"Damn it!!! Un-cuff her!!!" I yelled with a hate filled voice.
He flinched and then nodded and moved behind her, i heard a click then my sister was in my arms.
"Shhh, shhhh, its ok L......its ok......what did they do to you?" I asked while i stroked her black knotted hair.
She look up at me with fearful eyes. Then spoke.
"They locked me up in a room with a blind fold and asked me where you where. I told them i wouldn't tell them so they whipped and hurt me, but i didn't tell them."
    "Who are they?"
"I dont know," Then she looked up from me and glared,"Why dont you ask him?"
I turned around and saw Dr. Breet in a corner of the room glaring at Lyadine.
"You......you baster-"i began to say but then i felt a pain in my head. I fell to the floor and looked up. One of the solders held a long pole with electric bolt coming out the front.
Dr. Breet looked down at me.
"Good night......Ms. Delour." He said smiling.
He backed away and i could see the solders holding Lyadine by the arms.
"Didn't your mom ever tell you its not good to tadle." Dr. Breet asked my sister, her eyes were wide with fear.
He then shove one of the electric poles into her chest. I couldn't scream, i couldn't talk, all i could do was stare as my sister died. They dropped her and left. She faced me, blood pouring from her chest and mouth.
Tears poured down my cheeks as everything went black.......
