Lonely Stranger
She stands on the cliff,
Wind blowing her hair,
Shadowing her face.
She looks as though she is about to fall,
The raging wind waiting to consume her frail body.
The sky above swirls with grey clouds,
Signs of a coming storm.
She looks up to the Heavens,
Praying to the Gods to help.
Tears pour from the stranger's eyes,
Her heart shattered by the one she loved.
The wind eagerly blows the lifeless doll.
Rocking her body.
She turns to me with accusing eyes,
I can say nothing,
As I look into the eyes of myself.
She lets the wind push her,
Suddenly I am the one falling,
Falling forever into the Darkness.
Never to see the Light.
