The little things and how they matter...
this is where you'll probably find the nonsense from the guy with his head in the clouds...
Summer School's In Session
As the title implies, Summer school has begun. And I'm in it. These past two days I've been going to summer school in order to get credit for a class I didn't take this year. so here's the recap on my first two days.

Day 1:

I arrived with my mom and bro (who drove us there). We got there really early, so we wound up waiting in the summer sun. Then we finally got in. I followed my mom to the office (she had to confirm my registration) only to be told to turn around and find my bro, who suddenly disappeared. So I went to look for him without much luck. When I try to get back to the office, there's a guy barring off the hallway who won't let me pass. So I go up the stairs to get to the next set of stairs that would lead me to the office. My mom has now vanished. So I go back around thinking she went outside, and find out that's where my bro was. I go back inside. After waiting for a while, my mom appears and tells me I'm registered. From there I'm ushered to the lunchroom. Groups of kids are led back downstairs to get papers telling them which teacher they had. Then the teachers pick up their students. My teacher didn't show up, so I was directed to his room. I sit down, and he starts speaking spanish, which I don't completely understand. eventually he hands out workbooks which are completely in spanish which again, I don't completely understand. I tell him this at some point and he has me sit away from the majority of the class where there are a few students working in different books (ones in english). I end up spending an hour in class. I go home.

Day 2:

I make my way back to school, trying to memorize the bus route since I wasn't getting anymore rides to school. I get there and head towards class. The same guy from yesterday gets on my case and directs me to the lunchroom where I stay for about 5 minutes before going to class. I get my book and my assignment and finish it in no time. Class seems to slow down from there. I was saved when someone close by started a conversation on paper. Before we know it, we're moving into another room. Saved again, since this room was air conditioned. I get another assignment, and finish it quickly. Now it gets boring again. The kid next to me goes to sleep. The paper conversation resumes. Soon, the teacher allows us to talk, so I get free from the shackles of boredom. The rest of the class, meanwhile, is working on questions in spanish. eventually my friend and I have to stop talking so that the teacher can get answers from the class. Afterwards, it seems like the entire class has time off. It felt like about an hour of time off, but I could be imagining it. Class ends, I go home.

Now let's just see how the rest of the days turn out...

The sword I wield is not one of steel... it is forged from guts and courage, polished with honor, valor, and bravery, and sharpened with wit and knowledge.
