Week Thirteen: Da Doo Ron Ron It's been an interesting week guys, but when is Gaia not? We've seen a few updates, some features went down, and there's a new (strange) NPC on the block. Risky Business A strange new NPC's got all of Gaia (especially my friends over at the GCD all scratching their heads: NPC Ron Bruise I just wanted to say that I'm LOVING this place! Almost everyone has been so nice! I feel so lucky to be a part of all this. I love this community. I feel like I've got so many things to share with you guys. Do you guys ever feel like you just needed a little something more? I don't want to talk about this too much right now, but I just have so many GREAT things to tell you about. We're gonna have SO MUCH FUN! Anyway, I just want to thank all the lovely Gaia members for making this such a great place! YEAH! I'm so FORTUNATE! PASSION! He's pretty nuts. I was surprised not only that he already has almost 2,000 comments as of this writing (and I'm sure he'll have a lot more than that by the time I'm done writing this) but that he made his way into hundreds of sigs, profiles (including my own), and fan arts within minutes rofl Losin' It He's been seen posting around the GCD. This guy is almost as crazy as Ian - who lets a cat run a cash register. Real smart guy. NPC Ron Bruise Hey! "INSANITY" is a MYTH. Your psychiatric "DRUGS" do nothing but KILL. LISTEN! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT! NPC Ron Bruise I just want to... JUMP UP ON THIS THREAD AND HOP AROUND! NPC Ron Bruise WHOOOOOOO! I'm SO EXCITED you guys! I LOVE my life. I LOVE it. WHOOOO! I love my WIFE, too! I'm just SO. EXCITED. I wish I could express to you guys just how much I... WHOOOOOO! WHOOOOOO! YEAH! YEAAAAAH! Things are gonna start HAPPENING soon! YES! I'm PASSIONATE. I'm PASSIONATE about my life. YES! rofl War of the Worlds Lots of people have speculated that Ron's appearance is somehow connected with the aliens' appearance above Gaia. If you read his profile, you might notice an interesting little excerpt about the "future of humanity". eek Mission: Impossible (1, 2, and 3) Lots of people have speculated that I'm Ron Bruise. This is absolutely not true, and I can cite three reasons why: 1. I'm a developer, and I'm currently working full time on my secret project. 2. I've been logged on the same time as Ron Bruise. 3. I'm Fleep. Geez. A Few Good Men (and Women) Friend List just got a great update today, led by Kaia9 (though, of course as I've mentioned before: every site feature goes through dozens of hands before it goes live on the site -- so it's unfair to give credit to JUST one person). Hopefully this is the end of the annoying Friend List bugs. Plus: IT'S SO PRETTY! Yay artists! Slots and cards also are currently down. (Bummer: that makes Daily Chance'd frequent tokens more annoying than ever!) We've got a few good folks working on it, so hopefully we'll see them relaunched soon! The Last Samurai Did you know: Jakobo has a sword on his desk? For some reason, that scares me more than the guns Lanzer has eek Izzatit? That's it guys. A lot of you know I was out for the first half of this week because I underwent MASSIVE SURGERY! (Okay, I got a wisdom tooth pulled. I don't do well with pain inside my head). So take it or leave it, and I'll see you all again next week blaugh

	Of course you can't be Ron Bruise, only Locke could be that insane. xp Hope your mouth feels better though, word-of-mouth (no pun intended... I'm serious. gonk ) says that getting wisdom teeth pulled blows hard.

	That has to be the coolest vacuum deathray I have seen so far eek I hated having my wisdom teeth pulled. crying I have a thing about removing body parts of any kind, and I liked to chew on things with them. 3nodding But the stupid Navy dentist said that they -might- pose a threat in the future, and itr wasn't worth the risk. They wouldn't even let me keep them in a jar or something because they were classified as a biohazard once they were pulled emo They were mine dammit! scream It wouldn't have made me sick! crying

	If you need another tooth pulled (I had to get two pulled) best meal to have afterwards when your mouth is still numb - Tuna and cheese melt Tuna (and mayo/viniger depending on taste) on a slice of bread or a bun - with slice of cheese on it. Ron Bruise broke my brain BTW.

	i like your secret project. rofl can i have one? i really hope that we get a War of the Worlds style Halloween. i'd like to get a heat ray to shoot our newest NPC with, since the poor Martians missed so many times. sorry about the wisdom tooth. i haven't had mine pulled (and hope i never have to), but i've heard stories from my friends about it.

	If they numbed you down for the pulling of the tooth of wisdom, it shouldn't have hurt at all. domokun I'm happy: I stole the first comment in Ron's profile. whee And the quotes you've postetd are reasons why many users think he's L0cke. No one can be that crazy 'cept L0cke. Except maybe VO, but he would've given the position to L0cke in a hearbeat.

	Someone who has a sword on his desk...... I still have the scraches I got from a (Forgot the word, somthing where you do some tape in so you can rip it off at the sharp ege sweatdrop ). So its maybe a good thing i'm not at the gaia HQ. xp

	zomg, Bruisy scares me a bit with all his hyper activity. D: I never seen War of The Worlds, or Mission Impossible, but I have seen The Last Samurai. xd I was seriously thinking it was going to be Scary Movie 4, 'cause of his hyper activeness. Which keeps reminding me of the scene, with Opera. o_O; Oooo, now I think I know why the Ancient Katana came to existence. xd I'd like to have one of those hanging on my wall, but afraid it'll fall on my head when an earthquake hits. sweatdrop paranoid At one point, I think I've lost a wisdom tooth. o_O; I don't remember. I hate to have one of my teeth pulled, it would suck. >.<; pat pat The pain should subside after a few days. If the dentist was actually good one.

	Aww, I had to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed, because my mouth is too small to contain them. ...Actually, I've had 'oral surgery' three times, the other two times were due to a tooth that apparantly decided that it wanted to try growing in close to the middle of the roof of my mouth. I think I'll stop there with the details. gonk I'm glad that it appears you went through it without a hitch though. whee And I hope that your secret project goes without a hitch too. 3nodding

	I am lovin Ron Bruise, I am excited to see how the Plot update will turn out. And now I like Jakobo even more for he has a Sword blaugh ... I collect swords, flails, Mace's, Daggers, Axes, Shuriken, and pretty soon want to start collecting guns xd

	Jakobo has a sword? Hmm. I'm not surprised. =P One of my friends has several swords. Its pretty cool. Ugh. I hate pain. Unless its not really that much pain and its happening to someone else. ninja For example! At my school's pep rally ((D: Stupid school spirit.)) a couple of people fell. They weren't hurt and it was hilarious. =D But pain inside head=bad! I know because I chipped my front tooth in the third grade and had to get one of those nasty shots about seven times. D':

	Im sorry you had your wisdom teeth pulled. I had mine pulled a year ago. The best part of it was that I got to eat tons of Ramen (my crazy mom doesnt let me eat ramen that often because she says its fattening...and I am really skinny). I had lots of tea too. They made me have hot fluids because they said it would heal faster that way.

	Hey, but Rufus is mentally linked with Ian's family. He does everything Ian does. He's much more then the average feline! If you ask me, Ian is a genuis for having a cat fill in for him. All he has to do is pay him in food. It's better then slave labor! Considering that food just might be the mice around the store.

	About that secret project, is it the super deluxe electrolux or your basic model?? Love the update on the friends list. Guns and swords at the work place huh. I suppose it keeps everyone in line. And about that Ron bruise character, I think you guys need to keep him away from the sprinkles in snacktopia. He's just way to happy.

	When I was young, I had had to get my teeth pulled (two to be exact). They put that numbing stuff in my mouth and it felt so weird. I started crying afterwards and wouldn't stop, so they gave me a free Harry Potter kite. xd

	Ick, sorry bout your wisdom teeth. But its really good you actually came online some dureing your recovery, when I had my toncils taken out I just layed in bed for about three days. So yeah.

	I personally think Ron is crazy. Have you ever heard anyone say passion at the end of a sentence? His head is so big that if he headbutts against a ram, he'll win. If I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled (if I even get them, I haven't gotten my 12 year old molars yet, 2 years late) it won't be such a big deal for me. I've had counts teeth about 14 teeth pulled + a little sliver of broken tooth that was stuck in my gums pulled. If I ever got a sword I'd be outside slashing bushes, twigs on trees, and some books.

	Owies! Getting teeth pulled is all weird! A sword? @_@ Is it to defend against Ron Bruise? He's a bit scary ~_~ Hee hee, I still love the Daily Chance tokens. Since they're still coming, but people can't use them at the moment, it means they would sell for cheap! By the way, did the picture arrive alright? =)
