Alone
Chapter 6

"Alexis?"

My eyes snapped open. As soon as they did, I saw Jason, standing right beside the bench I was on.

"Aw s**t. What are you doing? Watching me sleep?" I questioned, annoyed that he caught me off gaurd.

"Don't worry. I just got here, and saw you sleeping. Did you get kicked out of your house or have trouble with your parents or something?" Jason replied, concerned.

"Kicked out of the house? As if. And lets just say my parents are trouble." I muttered.

"Oh..."

"Oh? Anyways, what is it with you and stalking me. I know people like talking about me, but isn't following me around a bit extreme?"

"Ah, no! It's just you changed so much and it scared me and we're friends and I just wanted to help and all..." He studdered.

"Friends? Since when."

"But I thought we were..."

"Yeah, whatever. Have fun in your screwwed up wonderland." I smirked, walking off.

"Wait!" He yelled, grabbing onto my wrist.

"What do you want now?"

"Um... Why'd you get suspended?"

"Because I sent your little girlfriend & her friend to the hospital. I think I'll enjoy this break..."

"My Ex- Girlfriend." He snapped, saying that sentence very coldly, which startled me.

"Jason! What are you doing with that... that b***h!" Screamed a voice.

I turned my attention to it, and to my great delight, it was Diane.

"Who're are you calling a b***h!" I snapped at the girl standing infront of me.

"You! You ruined my beautiful face!"

"You had a beautiful face? Stop kidding youself. And you're the one who ruined my eyesight with it. Plus, you got what you deserved."

"You slut!"

"Says the girl who's had how many boyfriends?"

"19 This year."

"Umm, yeah... You see, I don't care." I replied, walking away.

"Get back here!" Diane screamed, torchering my ears.

Diane placed her hand on my shoulder and yanked me toward her. I then punched her in her stomach, causing her to take a step backwards. She punched my side as I kicked both her legs causing her to wobble and fall.

As she lay on the ground, I got my leg ready to kick her one last time.

"Alexis, Stop! That's enough, no matter how much she deserves it!" Screamed Jason, who had just saw the whole fight.

"Standing up for her now, aren't you?" I spat.

"No! I hate her just as much as you, but you might kill her if this went on! You've changed so much, and before I wouldn't believe you'd resort to this, even when I heard those rumors for the first time. But now, I see that you've lost all meaning in life."

"Shut up Jason!" I screamed, but no matter my tone of voice, I didn't kick her that one last time. I just stopped there, and left.

Suddenly, as I walked, for the first time since I'd changed, and even before that, I suddenly felt guilty.
