- You can spend 6 hours talking about anything, just sitting in each other's company, until 5 in the morning.
- You can stay on the phone with them forever, whether you're really talking or not.
- Is the person that you can lean on, you can just go to, automatically.
- The one you want to protect, take care of, look out for - because they'd do the same for you.
- Is the one that not only finishes your sentences, but mimics your thoughts and words exactly on time.
- The one that will just lift your spirits, your mood.
- The one you can fight with, but still know that things will be okay.
- The one you're lucky to get.

This journal stemmed from some previous tensions between me and my best girl, but we're good now - amazing how talking things out for a few minutes can lead to just plain talking and getting things off of our chest, whether it was hard to reveal it or not.
