Riku walked aimlessly around town searching for Xion, but found no luck. He even went through the usual spots she would be found, the park, the ridge, etc. Still he kept searching. It was dark now and the moon was out, Riku stared at it blankly when suddenly he heard a scream. He followed it to an ally way stained with blood. He looked around to find tons of dead bodies, all torn up or either ripped to shreds. Over one particular body, he say a dark clad figure , tearing the body apart. " Who are you. And why are you doing this? " The figure remained silent. Riku drew his Zampakuto and pointed it at the figure. A sudden glint of the moon light befell on the mysterious figure and revealed it from the darkness. " You're that guy that took Xion! " Riku faced the figure for an answer, but there was no respond. The figure stood up with a straight posture, almost seeming lifeless as a marionette, with its mask donned over it to hide its face from the world as its tattered cape blew wildly upon the wind's command. " No answers? " Riku then rushed at the figure without hesitation when he suddenly fell towards the ground. He looked at his thigh to fight a bright blue rod of energy through it. No, not energy, reiatsu, not a rod, but an arrow. " A Quincy, huh? " Riku let out a laugh and continued. " I thought Quincys were only suppose to eliminate Hollows. " The figure finally drew a breath and let out a lowly sigh. " You're wrong. I do this because its my job. " The words hit Riku like a frozen spear that shot with no doubt. " ...His.....Job? "
