It is said that our hearts are connected. No matter how far apart we are, we will always be together. Such a theory…could it be true? I mean sure the heart is a powerful thing but, powerful enough to connect with those that are far away? It seems like a pretty bold statement to make. But, if it were true, then a thing like a long distance relationship is more than possible. It seems possible to win one’s heart while far away. If so, then how is it done? Through the internet? But the computer is merely a machine and what is typed into the computer is merely words, right? Can typed words contain emotions? It seems unlikely but appears to be true. I have seen many long distance relationships that have been successful despite the distance apart the two people are.
How is it done? Again I ask: through words over the internet? If so, then what emotions are attached to these words? Which words are used? Surely there are certain words that seems to act as that key to the heart. Also, how long can a long distance relationship go for until the two realize that it may be a long time until the two are finally together in person? What if the two wished for a physical intimacy? The heart and emotions cannot provide that, can they? I guess experience is wisdom but…I just do not know if it would work. I would not mind trying though. See if it is true that emotions can be spread throughout the internet and love can exist. Can distance harm a relationship? Only one way to find out…
