I got a Chemical Romance- Two Left Feet So now I dance with The Devil
Chapter Four Brooklyn
Sami had opened her suitcase and took out her laptop, quickly searching to see where Aiden had been last. She saw that they had been in Pennsylvania about a week and a half ago but the tour dates had been erased after that. The ‘Online Now’ symbol was flashing by their name on her myspace page so she clicked the button to see what was up. A new blog entry had been put up, which she promptly read. To our fans, the most amazing people in the world- We’ve been through thick and thin and now we’ve come to the true test. The world is gonna end but not until we’ve rocked out with the best of them. So here’s how it’s going down: We all have 8 days to live. On the 8th day, there’s gonna be a concert, The Last Concert on Earth. Our good friends in My Chemical Romance are headlining and we’re trying to get as many bands as possible. There are no tickets to buy because money no longer matters. We’re just gonna play our best and last show and all you have to do is show up.
Now, get off the internet, get your friends and let’s make our last days the best,
wiL Aiden
Underneath the heartfelt letter were directions to The Last Concert on Earth, which was in Seattle. Sami wrote them down in the notebook she brought along, shut down her laptop and put it back into her suitcase. She flipped out her cell phone again and called Claire once more. “Claire, I was looking on myspace and Aiden wrote about something call The Last Concert on Earth, which they’re playing in Seattle with My Chem. That’s where we’re going.” “Are you serious? Wow, this is like, a dream come true! I mean, with the whole world ending. You know what I mean right? Damn it, I’m rambling again! I’ll call Carla.” Sami heard the phone click and shoved the phone into the pocket of her black jeans. She was about to drag her suitcase down the street when she saw a huge tour bus barreling down the road at breakneck speed. It stopped at the red light. Sami took a moment to think; the bus was fast and maybe the people on it would be nice enough to at least take her to JFK Airport. Her block was normally quiet and deserted, so a tour bus coming out of the middle of nowhere had to be a sign of some sort. As she rushed to the bus, she thought that it had to be a band. If it WAS a band, any band, Sami would be happy to tag along with them as far as they would let her go, maybe even convince them to play The Last Concert on Earth. If not, they could at least take her to JFK International, since it was only 20 minutes away. She wasn’t afraid of rapists or murderers anymore- everyone was going to die anyways. She rolled her suitcase to the bus and banged on the door as hard as she could. She could hear the bus tap on its breaks and the door opened to reveal a skinny man with an explosion of black wispy hair. It was wiL Francis himself.
