Author: so... here we are... ANOTHER update... *sigh* i am seriously going to try to finish the story in this one.
Kanda: yeah yeah, weve all heard it before.
Group: *nods*
Lenalee: so lets jump right into it!!
Allen: Author chan would like to point out that she doesnt own d gray man. If she did... the omakes would never end.
Kanda: hmm, that sounds familiar....
Author: *death glare*
Kanda: *falls over dead*

Omake blah!

"so how are we supposed to find someone with clear eyes AND blue eyes?" Allen wondered aloud as he and Kanda wandered through the hallways again.
Kanda stayed quiet, a hand glued to his chin as he thought.
"maybe... they have two sets of eyes?" allen mumbled. "or oh! two different color eyes!"
Kanda just kept moving. Then he paused.
"hey."
"hm?"
"why havent we seen uncle lavi or aunt lenalee recently? Shouldnt they be worried about Kaa-san?"
Allen blinked at the question, cocking his head. "maybe they dont know?"
Kanda didnt look convinced, but Allens mind had already moved to a different track. "why dont we go to the hospital wing and see if aunt Alteara can help us? She should be with luna."
kanda nodded and the two set off.

"hm?" the head nurse blinked at the two in confusion. "what brings little ones like you here? Come to visit luna?"
Allen nodded with a smile while kanda just stared with disinterest. The nurse gave them a smile and a warning not to make a fuss or a mess and left them on their own. They wandered over to luna's bed and found Alteara snoozing lightly in the chair.
"should we wake her?" Allen hesitated.
Kanda shrugged. "we might be able to find someone with clear blue eyes without her. But it would be easier if there were more people." He reached over and gently shook Alteara's leg. The girl mumbled (something about a maze and corn syrup) before shifting and blinking her eyes open.
"... ah!" allen jumped and pointed straight at the girl. She blinked in confusion, but Kanda was staring as well.
"you have blue eyes!!" he cried. Alteara blinked again. "uh.. yeah... i do." She scratched the back of her head and laughed nervously. She had no idea what was going on.
"hey, whats that!" Kanda pointed at her arm. Alteara blinked, then turned her arm over. On the underside was a message.
"A brilliant deduction is what it takes,
to solve this final clue,
and if you solve it correctly then
this game might just be threw."
Just below it were three words. "echo ToTe KniGht"
"we're almost done!!" Allen cheered, smiling at Alteara who smiled back, even though she was completely confused. "man, you must be a heavy sleeper."
Kanda sat quietly, looking at the messages in front of him.
"echo tote knight?"
"yeah but look, some of the letters are capitalized." Allen pointed.
Kanda sighed. "Well thats random.... or not!" he jumped to look back at the original spelling. "look at the last line!!"
Allen looked for a moment, rereading the line to himself.
"... isnt that... the wrong spelling of through?" he blinked. "man even that pirate's spelling is messed up..."
"i think its a clue!" Kanda cried. He looked around for a moment until he found a pen and a pad of paper and snatched them up.
"look at this!" He drew the word "threw" with an arrow pointing to the word "through". The spelling was wrong, or messed up, which means that echo tote knight (he wrote the words down as well) is messed up too!"
"so the capitals..."
"Are the beginnings of the actual words!"
Alteara smiled brightly at the two small boys. They were really into the game, and succeding quite well. She looked over at Luna's still face, blinking her clear blue eyes. 'would have been nice to play too, right...?'
"GOT IT!" Allen grinned, pointing to the paper. On it were a few lines scribbled out, and then the words "Go To The Kitchen."

"UNCLE JERRY! UNCLE JERRY!" two little voices called as they ran into the cafeteria. They stopped suddenly when met with a wall of darkness.
"wha..." Kanda blinked. It was so dark in the room that they couldnt see anything, only about a foot in the door.
"uncle jerry..?" Allen squeaked.
Suddenly the lights flew on and loud cracks sounded.
"CONGRATULATIONS!"
Both boys jumped and blinked excessivly, trying to figure out what was happening.
"... ah..."
"you boys did a great job finding the 'treasure'!" Jerry cried, comming forward. Next to him was Miranda, holdling a plate of cookies.
"mom!" allen cried, rushing up and gripping Miranda's legs.
"oh my!" she laughed, kneeling down to see Allen and kanda, who had come over more quietly. "you boys were so brave!"
Both grinned as they took a cookie and munched into it. They looked around at the group. Besides there being alot of finders, who they didnt recognize, they saw lenalee and lavi, complimenting each other on a job well done, along with Reever and komoui talking by the snack table, and a few others dressed in uniforms they didnt recognize. Then they saw...
"the... PIRATE!?" Allen gasped, choking on his (5th) cookie. Kanda turned and stared, eyes wide, then looked back at Lavi, who smiled and waved, then back at the pirate, then to lavi...
"but.. then... who?" He stared in shock as the pirate came over, grinning wildly. Reaching up, it pulled on its face to reveal a pale face and dark hair with a white streak through the center.
"who..." kanda blinked in confusion.
"krowley!" Allen gasped, pointing at the man who smiled softly.
"hey kiddos!" he smiled through his thick romanian accent. He reached over and pulled up Allen, lifting him into the air with a laugh. "so you remember me?"
Allen nodded and the others sighed with releif. One of them was back to normal! Kanda stared suspiciously for a moment, glaring at the man.
"what do we do about yuu-chan?" Lavi said softly to lenalee. "if he doesnt remember, he may have complications when he returns to normal..."
Lenalee looked on sadly. There had to be something....

"EVERYONE!" Reevers cried out over the noise of the party. After a few moments, the noise died down, and he continued. "im happy to announce that the final adjustments to the age ray have been made, and tomorrow everyone can return to normal!!"
The crowd cheered, tossing plates and napkins and such into the air and patting the two small children on the backs. Allen beamed at everyone who spoke to him, but Kanda just looked around suspiciously until he was lifted up by Lavi and carted out of the room.
"where are we going?" Kanda demanded, not wanting to seem happy about being away from the crowd.
"we're going to see Alte-chan. Im sure she would be glad to hear the good news!" Kanda nodded, then stayed quiet as Lavi navigated his way into the hospital ward.
"Alte-chan!" lavi cried, earning himself a bop and a 'shhhh' from the nurse. Lavi laughed appologetically before moving over to the blonde girl who had been watching curiously.
"whats up lavi?"
"ah, i just wanted to tell you that the age ray is finished! Luna and the others will be changed back tomorrow~!"
Alteara's face broke into a big smile, and lavi thought she looked happier than she had in days.
"thats so great!!" she cried, smiling at Kanda.
Kanda blinked for a moment, before he blushed intently, looking away.
"... Yuu-chan?" lavi raised a brow at the boy.
"put me down baka usagi." kanda mumbled, squirming a bit. "and dont call me that!"
"yuu-chan..." lavi cried fake tears. "you... you remember me!?"
"baka..." kanda huffed, moving to stand by Alteara who seemed the more sane of the two.
"YAY!" lavi cried, lifting the boy into the air and twirling him in a circle, "i dont have to be uncle lavi anymore!!"
Kanda grumbled as Alteara laughed lightly. Then she turned to look at the sleeping red head. 'you hear that...?' she thought. 'tomorrow...everything will be better.'

"is everyone here?" Reevers peeked around Komoui's office, counting the children. Allen and Kanda were arguing about... well... he didnt really care. Komoui was there, which was most important, even though he was being restrained by lenalee, and then luna was there, being held by Alteara who was quietly chatting to lenalee.
"alright, are you guys all ready?" The room grew quiet as everyone came to attention. "who's going first?"
"should i?" Komoui pointed to himself.
"sounds fine to me." kanda snapped. "he can be the guinea pig."
Everyone nodded in agreement (as komoui cried something about betrayal) and Reevers motioned for the boy to come forward.
"ah... m-m-maybe... someone...e-else..." Komoui studdered as lenalee dragged him to the front of the office.
"no way cheif." Reevers grinned a little too happily for komoui's liking. "if anyone should be the guinea pig, its the one who started this whole thing."
Komoui sobbed quietly as lenalee placed him in front of the desk.
"now dont move like a good boy nii-san" Lenalee laughed before moving away. The others watched intently as Reevers aimed the lazer at the fidgeting science head.
A burst of light flashed through the office, causing everyone to flinch away. A large plume of smoke appeared where the cheif had been standing. Reevers and Lenalee backed away, coughing and trying to clear the air.
"N-Nii-san?" lenalee coughed, trying to peer though the smoke.
It was quiet for a moment until...
"im *cough* h-here *cough*"
The smoke moved away and the group found themselves staring at a full grown Komoui sitting on the floor in front of his desk.
"N-N-Nii-san!" lenalee burst into laughter while the others in the room snickered uncontrollably (accept for lavi who was snapping pictures)
"what?" the science head looked around stupidly, adjusting his glasses. When he moved, his eyes narrowed in question as he had trouble moving his arm. He glanced down at his chest, then his eyes widened like dinner plates. Aparrently, the age ray didnt work on clothing, and now komoui was wearing a shirt and pants that were WAAAAY too small, and tearing in certain places.
"oh dear..." He gasped, before jumping up and hiding behind Reevers. "um... if someone would be so kind..."
Reevers sighed as he took off his lab jacket and put it around his cheif, making sure it covered him fully.
"well now." Komoui coughed, face red with embarassment "it looks like the ray works fine, but we should be more... prepared when we change the others."
The group nodded.
"why dont I go get their clothes?" lavi grinned, turning to leave the room.
"just coats is fine lavi." Lenalee said. "i know your looking forward to handling lunas underwear but that wont be neccissary."
Lavi turned beet red.
"i wasnt... i wouldnt... i..."
"yeah yeah, weve heard it all before stupid rabbit." Kanda snapped, sneering at the flustered bookman. Lavi glared, then turned to leave, face still red and muttering something about being 'wrongly accused'.
"alright." komoui grinned. "who should go next."
In response, Kanda marched up to the desk.
"the less time i have to stay a kid the better." he snapped.
"h-hey..." Alteara called. The group turned to looked at her, and she shyed away, looking down at the little girl in her arms. "luna..."
"Kanda why do you have to be so selfish!" Allen snapped. "its always 'Ladies first'. But in this case i guess i could make an acception seeing as you ARE rather feminine..."
"What did you say you cursed moyashi..." kanda growled, glaring sharply at the boy. Allen stuck out his tounge in response, before dashing behind lenalee's legs, Kanda hot in pursuit.
"GET BACK HERE!" kanda shouted, chasing a squealing Allen across the room and behind the desk. Both boys were jumping around, dodging people, and furniture with amazing agility. Reevers smiled.
"looks like they will be okay for a few more minutes, so why dont we let luna go first?" he looked to Komoui, who nodded.
"nice try bakanda!" Allen giggled as he dodged another of the samurais furious grabs. Just as they passed the door, a pile of coats fell on the both of them. They fell to the floor with an "oomph".
"alright you gremlins." lavi laughed, picking up the coats he dropped on the two. "Thats quite enough for now. You can kill each other AFTER your bigger."
The two kids glared at each other, but just shrugged and moved back next to lenalee.
"alright. Lavi brought the coats, so lets get started..."

A few moments later, all three kids had returned to adults, and were standing in Komouis office, waiting to be dismissed. Reevers and Komoui stood in front, while Alteara sat next to Luna, who was lying on the couch, still asleep. Lavi and lenalee stood by Allen and Kanda who were fidgeting slightly.
"How is everyone feeling?" Reevers asked, looking at the group of would be children. Komoui shrugged while kanda stood and flexed his arms, remembering the motions of his body. Allen opened his mouth to speak, but was interrupted by a loud growl in his stomach.
"well i guess that settles it." Reevers laughed. "why dont we all go and grab lunch?"
The group nodded and began to move out of the room. Right before he left, lavi turned to see Alteara still on the couch with luna.
"you comming?" he said lightly. He didnt have to see the girl shake her head to know the answer. Quietly, he left.
Alteara sat in the silent room, staring down at the closed eyes of her friend.
"luna..." she said softly. "you can wake up now..."
She was greeted with silence. She waited, eyes trained on her friend. Then, green eyes softly fluttered open.
"good morning sunshine!" Alteara grinned brightly.
Luna blinked dully, before slowly raising one eyebrow.
"good morning my foot." she growled, her voice thick with sleep. "... where are the others?"
"they went to eat." Alteara smiled. "we should go too. Im sure your hungry."
"ive eaten less." the girl grinned in return. She sat up slowly, while Alteara supported her back.
"crap im tired." she moaned, shaking her head in the hopes that the multiple desks in front of her would return to being just one.
Alteara laughed lightly. "come on." she pulled the girl to her feet. Luna slumped dangerously to one side, but was steadied quickly by her friend.
"maybe we should practice walking a bit before we go..." luna sighed.
"yeah. Maybe."
Both girls giggled before vanishing into the hallway.

"AAAHHHH!! ALLEN-KUN!!! YOUR ALL BIG AGAIN!!!"
"yes jerry-san..." allen grinned, rubbing the back of his head from embarassment. "thank you for taking such good care of me..."
"oh sweety, its not me you should be thanking? Wheres Miranda? Shes the one who cared for you the most?"
Allen blinked for a moment, before turning to the others.
"where is Miranda?" Allen asked. They all shrugged.
"i dunno." lavi looked around. "she was with us last night."
"you know she looked kinda sad when komoui announced that everyone would be turning back to normal..." lenalee looked worridly at the doorway to the cafeteria. "maybe shes upset that your not small anymore..."
"who would be upset at such a stupid thing?" kanda snapped, grabbing his soba from the window and marching to a seat on the bench were komoui and reever were already eating.
"what a jerk." allen snapped, glaring after the samurai. "she took care of him too you know."
"maybe we should go visit her after lunch?" Lenalee smiled. Allen and lavi nodded. The red head smiled, then blinked before looking over at the door. Alteara walked in, followed by a wobbling luna.
"LUNA!" lavi cried, jogging over and smiling at the girl. "how are you feeling??"
Allen and Lenalee came over as well.
"im alright!" luna laughed. "just trying to regain motor skills. Its not as easy as it looks..."
"well come over this way my sweet, and ill treat you to a special lunch!" lavi grinned goofily, taking luna by the hand and helping her over to a table. Alteara giggled happily before moving over to the window to order her food.
"shes in a much better mood!" allen smiled.
"its probably because luna is better." lenalee smiled. "those two are peas in a pod you know."
"what?" Allen blinked. "peas? But... they're human...?"
"forget it..." lenalee deadpanned as allen blinked at her in confusion. "lets just go eat."
"i can do that!!" allen grinned, rushing over to the table. The two sat with the group. Lavi laughed as he offered his fork to luna, the girl leaning in to eat the food. Kanda spoke peacefully with Alteara, the ghost of a smile crossing his face. Lenalee tried to consol her brother as he sobbed horribly when Reevers mentioned "getting back to work", and Allen laughed before sighing happily. Finally, things were getting back to normal.

Special 1 *
Allen sighed. The day couldnt get any worse. First, his breakfast had been ruined when lavi "accidentally" blew up the kitchen trying to make pancakes. Why he had been making pancakes in the first place... was a mystery. Then Komoui had ordered him to get a check up, and decided that Allen's crowned clown could use some "fine tunning" which resulted in a LONG and PAINFUL examination. He also ended up missing lunch...
and finally, when dinner came around, he ate so much he ended up feeling ill,, and was then lying in his room, an arm over his eyes at 11 at night, desperatly trying to get some of the sleep that was so generously avoiding him. He sighed again.
"what can i do?" he moaned, sitting up. He could feel the bags under his eyes getting bigger and darker. "i have to find some way to sleep..."
He stood and began to pace, hoping that maybe he could tire himself out. Soon, he became bored of his room.
"maybe i could just go for a walk...?" he though aloud. A sharp n** at his ear caught his attention.
"sorry tim..." Allen sighed as the golden golem flapped its irritation at him. "ill leave so you can get some sleep." he pulled on a sweater to keep warm in the cool hallways and wandered out into the corridor. After what seemed like ages of wandering and no sign of fatigue, Allen blinked.
"w...where am i?" he looked around, suddenly realizing that he was rather lost. After mentally retracing his steps, he realized that he was close to...
"miranda's room..." he stared at the wooden door, peacefully guarding its occupant. Allen smiled lightly remembering the care the woman had offered a few weeks ago when komoui had turned him, kanda, luna, and oddly enough himself into small children. He sighed, remembering how motherly Miranda had been and how wonderful it had felt to have someone care for him like that. Suddenly, Allen felt tears fall from his face.
"w-what?" he sniffed quietly, trying to wipe his eyes. "whats wrong with me?" he laughed bitterly, clearing his face. Did he miss having a parent? He never had a mother, so why did he feel this way...?
"Allen-kun?"
Allen jumped as a light hit his face. Miranda peered around her door, looking into the dark hallway and straight at the silver haired boy.
"whats wrong? I though i heard crying..."
"ah... nothings wrong Miranda-san" Allen sniffed quickly, smiling at the girl. "im just having a hard time sleeping, so i decided to take a walk... and then got lost..." Allen trailed off sadly, looking at the floor. Miranda smiled warmly.
"why dont you come in for a bit?" she said softly. "I was having trouble sleeping too, so why dont we keep each other company?"
"I-I really dont want to bother you..." Allen said softly.
"i insist." Miranda smiled, opening her door wider. Allen smiled in return and walked into the room. It looked alot different now that he was normal sized. It wasnt as large, but it still felt warm and cozy, with the gold light illuminating the wood furniture and white curtains and rug, making the whole room feel like a cottage.
"Have a seat." Miranda motioned to her bed as she moved into another room. Allen sat and looked around. Just being in the room made him start to feel sleepy.
"tea?" Miranda returned with two cups, both steaming.
"where did you get tea from?" Allen blinked, greatfully taking the cup.
"Komoui put a stove in my room so that i could make tea. It was very nice of him dont you think?" she sipped softly from her cup. Allen nodded quietly. He was still thinking back to the weeks before.
"um... Miranda san..."
"yes?"
"ah... its nothing..." Allen looked to the floor sadlly. Miranda cocked her head for a moment, then smiled. Setting her tea on a side table, she stood and moved to her dresser.
"allen-kun... Would you mind if i brushed your hair, for old times sake?"
Allen blinked at the woman, then smiled brightly. "of course!" he moved to sit on the floor to give her easier access. He wasnt sure how, but she had figured out exactly what he was going to ask, and some how, it made him smile.
Miranda sat on the bed behind him and gently began to stroke through his hair with her comb.
"tell me if im too rough okay?" she said softly.
"mmh." Allen hummed, closing his eyes to enjoy the soft strokes through his hair. Miranda really was as gentle as a mother could ever be. He wondered if she had ever thought of having children. They would be lucky...
Miranda looked on sadly at the tears that began anew on Allens face. The boy sniffed sadly, unable to help himself. Miranda's heart felt as if it would tear in two, and before she could stop herself, she reached down and hugged him softly. He turned around and buried his face into her shoulder, crying harshly.
"there there." Miranda cooed, stroking his hair and back. 'he really is just a child.' she thought sadly 'how horrible to be without parents at such a young age...'
Miranda continued to gently pat allens back and hair, and began to hum softly, a tune she had heard somewhere before that was soft and sweet. Allen quieted quickly, but Miranda kept on humming, gentlly rocking the boy. Soon she heard a soft noise, and looked down to see the boy fast asleep.
"well well..." she said softly, smiling at the child. She laid him down on her bed, pulling the blankets closly around him. He curled into them and sighed. Taking another blanket from her closet, she took it over to her chair and sat in it, preparing to sleep herself. Reaching over to the side table, she wrapped her hand around the light cord.
"Good night Allen Walker."

Super special 2! **

Kanda stared through the window at the onslaught of rain the order was currently experienceing. He sighed.
Rainy days were the worst in his opinion. Everything got wet, and going outside was just a nussance, and everyone inside was either depressed or irritable (accept those who just randomly fell asleep like a certain blonde that he knew).
And he would be cursed if he even admitted for a second, even under the pain of torture, that things were just the tinyest bit quiet, and only slightly more boring than normal seeing as Lavi and Luna were out on a mission with lenalee. He sighed again.
Rain sucked.
As he stared out the window, his thoughts wondered to home. His mother had always loved the rain, along with his brother and sister. Whenever it would rain, they would go outside and play, running in circles and dashing into puddles. His mother said it was like "bathing with the earth" and becoming refreshed along with nature. Kanda crynged when he felt a tug in his chest. He hadnt seen his family in a long time...
"i wonder if they're still alive... still healthy..." he said, curling up onto the window sill he had been sitting on. He tapped his head onto the cool glass, letting it rest there. He didnt care that people were stopping to stare at the usually fierce Kanda, who was now looking like a sad child out a window. He didnt care that people were whispering that maybe he was "on something". All he wanted to do today was sit quietly and pretend that maybe his family was somewhere playing in the rain right now...
Kanda blinked down into the forest of the Order. He was sitting above a clearing. He could practically see his mother, wandering around in the grass and splashing in puddles....
Wait.
Kanda jumped to attention as he realized that he WAS seeing someone outside in the rain, wandering in the forest. Grabbing Mugen off the seat next to him, he dashed to the nearest exit and leaped from the tower onto the grounds. After a few seconds, he was soaked to the core, his hair whiping into his face. He ignored it and headed for the person. After a moment he came to the clearing. In the center, a woman dressed in black was spinning around, hands out and cheering into the rain.
"... miranda?!" kanda called through the pour. Miranda stopped, blinking for a moment, before rushing over to Kanda.
"OH THANK GOD!" she cried, grasping onto the samurai as if he would vanish at any moment. "i was taking a walk, and then it started to rain and i couldnt find the entrance!!!" She sobbed.
Kanda blinked. "it started raining 5 hours ago..."
"i know..." Miranda cried softly. Kanda sighed.
"alright, lets go inside." He led her through the forest and to the door. After threatening the guardian and entering, a few maids appeared at the entranceway to the order.
"may we take your coats?" they asked, holding out baskets for the soaking coats. Both nodded, removing their coats and handing them to the girls, who rushed away to have them cleaned and dried.
"im going to dry off and change." Kanda snapped, beginning to walk away. "i suggest you do the same."
Miranda nodded, a grateful smile on her face as she shivered violently.
Kanda stopped, suddenly cursing violently.
"w-whats wrong Kanda-san?" Miranda caught up to the boy as he was sighing and running a hand through his hair.
"my room key was in my coat pocket." he snapped. "so im locked out."
He growled. This day was reallly starting to suck. He could feel himself getting overly aggitated.
"why dont you come to my room?" Miranda offered. "ive got some towels, and you can pick up a spare uniform on the way."
Kanda nodded, thanking her quietly. The two set off and eventually made it into Miranda's room.
Miranda changed first, seeing as Kanda refused to make her wait in wet clothing after staying out in the rain for five hours. He did have SOME rules reguarding manners after all...
Miranda sat in dry clothing, rubbing a towel on her hair as she peeked into the mirror on her wardrobe. Placing the towel on a chair, she pulled out her comb and began to brush her hair. She smiled softly. Latly she had been combing hair alot, seeing as Allen-kun would wander in to have her brush his at least once a week now. She was happy to do it, seeing as he looked like he could use some affection. She wondered for a moment about Kanda. Did he remember...?
She snaped back to attention at the sound of a door opening. Kanda came out with his spare uniform, rubbing his head with another towel.
"all better?" Miranda smiled. Kanda nodded quickly.
"um... kanda-san?" Miranda peeked at the boy nervously. "how did you... how did you know i was in the woods?"
"i saw you from a window." Kanda replied shortly.
"oh." miranda said, slighly put out that he wouldnt at least try to hold a conversation. "well... thank you very much. I probably would have been stuck out there if not for you!" she laughed lightly.
"you looked like you were enjoying it." kanda said so quietly that miranda wondered for a moment if she had imagined it.
"well..." she said softly. "i like the rain, so it wasnt that bad." She picked up a tray from her table, two cups of tea already prepared and offered one to kanda, who took it. Sipping from it quietly, he sank down onto her bed and stared at the window.
"i hate the rain."
Miranda blinked for a moment. Kanda hated alot of things, but this seemed different.
"why is that?"
"its depressing..."
"oh i dont think so." miranda smiled, placing her cup onto the side table for a moment. "its like... the world is taking a shower, you know? Everything is refreshed, and ready to start again. I think its wonderful!"
Kanda stared, blinking at the woman. She was too much. For a moment, he remembered her spinning in the rain, the happy look on her face so similar to his mothers...
"kanda-san?"
Kanda blinked. He hadnt realized that he had been zoning into his tea. "what?"
"can I... i mean... is it alright... if i brush your hair?"
Kanda blinked again. Was it that messy? He looked up at the woman who suddenly looked just like his mother. He couldnt say no...
"do what you want." he sighed.
Miranda smiled. Even though he was reluctant, she knew Kanda would like this. He moved to a chair and she sat behind him on the bed, comb in hand. Gently, she pulled the comb through the ebony locks, straightening them to perfection. Kanda sighed, closing his eyes. It felt much better than he had anticipated. Instead of jerking roughly or even pulling a little, the strokes were smooth and gentle, untangling his hair with ease and precision. He thought back to home, where his mother would do the same thing, cooing about how much she loved his long hair...
Miranda smiled as kanda unconsiously grinned, breathing deeply and calming. She had always wondered how he would look with a smile on his face.
Now she knew.
'maybe the rain isn't so bad...'

The rain was pouring down, and Allen was feeling slightly out of it. He sighed as he made his way to Miranda's room.
"maybe i should do somthing in return for her?" he wondered quietly to tim, who had taken to following Allen to Miranda's room in return for a few cookies Miranda always seemed to have on hand. "i mean, asking her to brush my hair all the time..." he unconsiously raised a hand to his hair, which had become much softer and shinyer from Mirandas gentle treatment. He smiled.
"ill ask her if i can do something for her today."
Walking up to her room, he stopped when he noticed the door slightly open.
"maybe she's not home?" he said quietly.
"miranda-san?" he called. There was no answer. Quietly, he peeked around the edge of the door and grinned at what he saw.
Kanda was sitting on a chair, head leaning back, with the most peaceful look on his face that Allen had ever seen. Behind him, on the bed, Miranda was humming softly and gently brushing out his long hair. It had long since come untangled, but now it was more of a comfort thing than an actual need. Allen smiled.
'Maybe ill come back later.' he thought, quietly moving away from the door. He knew that he could tease Kanda about this from now until oblivion... but decided not to.
"i guess its his turn," allen laughed to tim "to discover the wonders of 'Hairapy'"

Lavi: AUTHOR-CHAN!!! TT^TT *rushes over and grabs leg* I MISSED YOU SOOO MUCH!!!
Allen: i cant beleive she went the whole week without posting~! AND finished the story!!
Author: I know... im talented...
Lenalee: Author-chan that was such a cute ending!!
Author: yeah i really couldnt resist with the special stories, but i felt like they were kinda the same.
Miranda: a-a-author-chan... am i r-r-really so b-b-bold..?
Author: i know that under all that... scaredy cat... ness... is the bold heart of a loving mother... *nods*
Kanda: Che whatever.
Author: and since WHEN did i say you could live?
Kanda: you brought me back before you left on vacation remember?
Author: oh yeah...
Lavi: SOOOO MUUUUUCCHHHHH!!!!!

Allen: So how was vacation?
Author: WONDERFUL! me and Alteara had a great time! Ne Allen, you know she has you in a haunted house right now in her journal?
Allen: *gulp* a...a..a.....h-h-h--h----hhhaunted... h-h-h-h-house...?
Kanda: no stupid. a haunted house.
Allen: *glares* well remind me to stay in this journal then...
Author: ah, she also has Krowley over there too!!
Krowley: im actually in something!?
Author: BACK IN THE BOX!
Krowley: sorry ma'am!! *vanishes*
group: *Deadpan*
Lavi: IT WAS HOOOOOOOOORRRRRIBLEEEEEE!!!!
Author: yes yes lavi... it was completely horible... but im here now...
Lavi: *sniff*
Lenalee: so author-chan, whats next on the list?
Author: THE STORY!! finally, ive been waiting to put this up for EVER! im putting my origional AND RATHER LONG story up on my journal, so be prepared for rapid long updates!! As soon as i get off my but and unpack everything from vacation.
Kanda: ew... its been two days...
Author: shut up! im still having jet-lag!
Allen: but wernt you... in a car...?
Author: *glares*
Lavi: DONT EVER LEAVE AGAIN!!!!
Author: *Shoots with tranquilizer dart*
Lavi: hunyaaannnn.... *faints*
Author: *grin* hes much cuter when sleeping.
Group: *nods*

Allen: woah it actually has a title now?
Author: always has. And... its a great clue to later in the story!! Now if youll excuse me... i just had a wild craving for yogurt. XD

Kanda: i hate you with a passion.
Author: yeah yeah, put a muzzle on it.
