So, there's this whole back story with my son (go read) and life's been awesome since I've had him in my life. I know it's only been like... 5 months or something, but I wouldn't want to give him up for the world.

That being said, his crazy b***h (hence the title) of a mother came back to town last week. Apparently, I kidnapped my own son (when she gave him to me and took off) and she's taking me to court.

I've been trying not to laugh in her face because, well, she's got nothing that will hold up in court. I found a lot of her dealers (for crack and heroine mostly) that she still gets stuff from. I've tracked down a bunch of people who she still owes money AND I've found out that she has no perminate job, and no perminate place of resisdence.

So, I have witnesses to her horrid parenting. She says she has proof that I'm unstable. Yes, six months ago, I was unstable. Now, not so much. I have signed documentation from my therapist that I've been very normal (whatever that means) these past couple of months.

I find this entire situation with her very hilarious right now. She's threatening to take my son away and quite frankly, there's no feasible way that she can. She'll probably forget the court date and not show up.

I'm kind of hoping that I can convince the judge that my son never has to see her again...heck, my son doesn't even recognize her.

I guess what's annoying me the most is that I have to take a day off school to go to court and prove to the b***h that she can't ever take care of my son again...or never see him again. But hell, one day in court is worth the look on her face when the judge laughs in her face then forces her to pay child support to me.

Court is November 24th. I'll try to remember to update on the 25th.
